The basic ground rules for using our website and taking part in our programs. By using this site or joining the guild, you agree to these terms.
By visiting our website, becoming a guild member, registering for an event, applying as a vendor, or making a payment or donation, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, misuse our forms, upload harmful content, or use our materials in a way that infringes on others' rights.
Membership in the De Colores Cultural Arts Guild is open to anyone who shares our mission. Membership runs on an annual basis and is subject to the dues in effect at the time you join. Membership benefits — such as voting, exhibition opportunities, and event priority — are offered at our discretion and may change over time.
Guild membership dues and festival fees are $40 per year (or as otherwise stated at checkout) and are processed securely through Stripe, accessed via our payment provider Bluevine. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars. Your payment is handled directly by our payment processors under their own terms; we do not store your full card or bank details.
Membership dues and event fees are generally non-refundable, as they directly support our programming. If you believe there's been an error with your payment, or you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us at hola@decoloresartscollective.org and we'll do our best to make it right.
Donations are voluntary gifts processed through PayPal and are non-refundable. De Colores Arts Collective, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We'll provide an acknowledgment for your records. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Our events are community spaces meant to be welcoming to all. By attending or participating, you agree to treat others with respect and to follow any posted guidelines or staff instructions. We reserve the right to decline or end participation by anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to others.
The De Colores name, logo, and the content on this website are the property of De Colores Arts Collective, Inc. or used with permission. Please don't reproduce or use them commercially without our written consent. Artwork and materials shared by members and artists remain the property of their creators.
We use third-party services — including Stripe, Bluevine, PayPal, and others — to operate our site and process payments. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, De Colores Arts Collective, Inc. and its volunteers, directors, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or participation in our events. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.
