Agreements

Food vendors: I hold a valid food handler certification and will provide documentation if requested.

Nonprofits: I will provide 501(c)(3) documentation with my application.

I confirm that every item I sell is handmade, hand-grown, or authentically sourced. I understand that mass-produced goods, MLM products, and resellers are not permitted, and misrepresentation will result in removal without refund.

I agree to DCAC's vendor terms, including the no-refund policy within 30 days of the event.

Applications open August 1, 2026. Submitting now adds you to our interest list — we'll reach out when the official application window opens. DCAC reserves the right to decline any submission that doesn't meet handmade standards.
